It is well known that the role of an event, conference, and meeting professional can be stressful, especially during busy business and personal times like the holidays. The expectations to meet the client’s objectives, create a unique and unforgettable guest experience, and achieve your own goals can become overwhelming.
At “e” we believe that mental health is extremely important, and we incorporate a strong focus on wellness into our Health and Safety Program. We pride ourselves on how our team is able to thrive and succeed and achieve a level of balance that most professionals in our industry do not.
The “e” balance process
To ensure a high quality of work and life, we recognize the dedicated time commitment that event and conference production requires. We focus on healthy length of work days and provide post project balance time. Balance hours are scheduled immediately after the event/conference to ensure quality of life, family time and a happy, rested employee.
Our newly developed “buddy brain-heart” system company wide also provides a safe and confidential outlet for mental health and stress related issues. We are family.
