The annual conference averages 1,200 delegates and is typically held in Eastern or Western Canadian venues that alternate every year. On average, there are 25 to 30 sponsors of the conference with between 50 and 60 exhibit booths. It should be noted that e=mc² events works with the committee of the organization to maintain a net revenue for this event.

In February 2015 we hosted an annual conference for medical professionals who study the digestive tract and liver in health and disease. The conferences main purpose was to highlight the clinical, research and scientific advancements in this field.

The demographic of attendees usually consist of a mature generation that can be resistant to the use of mobile applications. We were able to successfully achieve a download rate of 40% with this audience by using an innovative, real time application that allowed presenters to manage content and time during their presentations.

Historically the closing Gala of the medical conference has not generated strong interest or attendance. This year we revamped the Gala to increase attendance through various elements such as a customizable Caesar bar, mountain-themed games and Photo Booth, as well as a dance floor!
