What mattered each year for this client was to host an untraditionally themed event during the Christmas season for 400 of their clients.  Details, details and more details, all the while keeping it classy and sophisticated.

This event was a great example of how an event can celebrate the Christmas season without drawing upon traditional imagery by establishing a strong and well-executed theme. In this case, the client asked to party “Las Vegas style.” With a clever play on the roman numerals for 2011 and the historic venue, The Grand Theatre, the theme evolved to be a modern take on the famous MGM Grand Hotel for the aptly named event: MMXI at the Grand.

Guests received a hand delivered gold box containing their invitation. Event details were unveiled on a scrolled paper cigar rolled inside of an authentic MMXI branded cigar tube. Guests were also notified of the chosen charity that would benefit from any donations made at the event and told that, after donating, they would be entered to win one of three Las Vegas inspired prize packages.

Only the most sophisticated elements of Sin City would be brought to life for the high-end clients and top internal executives at this one of a kind event.  Elevated lounges featuring bottle service, and dramatic décor, allowed clients and internal executives to engage and interact in comfort and style. Flair bartenders served up mile high cocktails and dry ice martinis while a frequent guest DJ in several Las Vegas venues was positioned from a catwalk 12 feet overhead.

Guests walked The Living Red Carpet, rolled their own cigars, were enticed by models to enjoy the crystal tattoo parlour and were bedazzled with gems as a virtual Bellagio Fountain flowed.

The handcrafted ice replica of the MGM Grand gold lion statue, the pivotal décor element, was showcased when an aerialist dramatically descended from above.  The lighting was pretty spectacular too.
