The only thing that mattered more to our client than the launch of the newest member of the Porsche family, the 2012 911 Carrera S, was the celebration of its place in history.
We were tasked with providing guests with a historical journey while giving them an experience that not only launched the 2012 911 model into the history books, but the guests themselves.
Dilawri Group of Companies, Canada’s largest automotive group and premiere Porsche outlet, invited it’s preeminent clients and media to attend the launch of the new 2012 911 Carrera S.
The star and focus of the evening was the magnificent automobile and the brand’s celebrated history. The room design included a centerpiece rotating truss stage featuring a 2012 model, covered until the reveal cue, and a reception gallery of five of the past 911 models, showcasing the brand’s collection and evolution. The design also focused on logistically creating an atmosphere that drew the eye to the featured new model. This evening included innovative use of technology, exquisite food and beverage and a spectacular surprise reveal of this iconic machine. The new 2012 Porsche 911 Carrera S.
The Whizbang moment was the unveiling of the “star of the show,” the 2012 911 Carrera S. As fog flooded the showroom, we rolled out the red carpet and two 911 Carrera S’s slowly emerged while a third was revealed on a rotating stage. As the car criss-crossed down the red carpet, a star was born and the 2012 911 Carrera S took its place in Porsche’s revered history.
