Oh Canada! e=mc² events wins two Canadian Special Events Magazine Star Awards

Toronto, ON – At the National Star Award Gala, on the closing night of CSE Expo 2014, e=mc² events was thrilled to accept two Canadian Special Events Magazine Star Awards!  We were honoured to accept Best Event Décor under $25,000 with OneWest Events Inc. and Best Audio Visual Design for an Event with ProShow Audio Visual. We received nine nominations overall and the two wins were our 15th and 16th Star Awards and our first time winning in those categories.

These Star Awards are the result of two amazing events and none of that would be possible without clients who trust us to produce the best events possible, suppliers who push the boundaries to provide new and innovative solutions, and our “e” team, both on-site and in the office who make the magic happen.

The CSE Expo 14 was held in Toronto from March 25th to 27th. The conference and trade show provided many opportunities for inspiring new ideas, networking with our Canadian event industry peers and finally, celebrating together at the Star Awards Gala 2014.

e=mc² events has always endeavoured to support Canadian Special Events Magazine, as they are integral to the Canadian event industry. This year, we sponsored and co-produced the opening night party, ICONIC, at the Sony Centre in downtown Toronto alongside The Idea Hunter.  Keri Miller, Creative Director at e=mc² events was one of the speakers at the event and delivered her “SPARK” presentation to a packed house on the Thursday of the conference.

Thank you to the Canadian Special Events Magazine for hosting the CSE Expo 2014 and allowing for those of us in the Canadian Event Industry to share insights and celebrate another great year in Canadian events.
