Avenir Holiday Event was a high-end event that both employees and clients alike were sure to remember. A classic and timeless corporate Christmas event collaboration with our client. From the beaded backdrops, to the gorgeous intimate lighting, to the moving performance, everything was beautifully executed while keeping in mind the clients objectives.

The Experience

With the classic venue of The Grand Theatre, the event featured stunning decor with festive touches found throughout. The black-tie event was modern, timeless, and elevated.

Guests started in the UBU Lounge for a cocktail reception featuring custom-created cocktails.

From there, guests made their way into The Grand where they enjoyed an intimate, sit-down dinner. The design featured beaded backdrops, gorgeous intimate lighting, and elegant white festive decor.

Following dinner, guests listened to a dynamic and powerful performance by the band Impulse.
Whizbang Moment

The highlight of the evening was the reveal – much to the guests amazement – of a 12-piece big band from behind a stunning beaded drape that they had stared at unknowingly throughout dinner.
