The organizer. The driver. The follow-up-er. The glue that holds it all together. Consistently juggling as many balls as a trained circus performer, Audrey manages to pull it all off with the greatest of ease. Perhaps it was her 13 years of hospitality experience – primarily with Fairmont Hotels and Resorts – that honed her knack for leadership, management and operations. Or, it could have been her stints as a vacuum cleaner salesman, gravel truck weigh scale operator, rig camp attendant, housekeeper or server. Whatever the case, Audrey’s breadth of experience and perfect balance of logistics and creativity fits us like a glove.
A graduate of SAIT’s Hotel and Restaurant Administration Program, Diploma with Honours, and a Certified Hospitality Supervisor, Audrey is responsible for our overall business operations. She’s been with us since 2004, and became a partner in 2010. Her analytical nature is fundamental in the creation of efficient systems to achieve results. On the creative side, her background in restaurant and banquet operations has proven invaluable to team brainstorming and planning sessions. We’re glad she hasn’t run off to join the circus yet—though if she did, she’d run a show that would put P.T Barnum himself to shame.
