CANADA'S WALK OF FAME PRESENTS CANADA'S ROCK OF FAME

The event was a 3 hour musical, video and story telling extravaganza that commemorated the Canadian music industry over the last 50+ years, and every element revolved around creating moments of connection between the bands, DJs and VJs, legendary radio hosts, producers, broadcasters, who were in attendance to tell those stories. 

Canada’s Rock of Fame highlighted each legend with performances, archival videos and images, and Much Music-style interviews that allowed for nostalgic storytelling. Although taking place in Toronto, it was a Canada-wide celebration with tickets that sold out in 10 minutes. 

This historical awards show achieved multiple goals - honoured recipients, recognized sponsors, educated guests about CWOF, and built emotional connections with the audience that left a lasting impact and built support for Canada’s Walk of Fame.  

This groundbreaking event had 3,130 media hits and reached an audience with over a billion impressions (1,207,408,975) across all platforms.  

Our team designed, scripted and delivered this awards program with perfect timing, energy, and attention to detail. This led to 15 standing ovations, 2,600 audience members singing songs of their youth, and 13 inductees feeling a strong sense of pride to be a part of Canada’s Walk of Fame. 

Seeing so many iconic Canadians repeatedly bring the audience to their feet as the entire room celebrated an historic night.
