In its inaugural year the Middle East and Africa Growth Summit 2020, entitled 'Shaping our Future Beyond Possibilities', aimed to outline key priorities for 2021 and beyond to executive leadership and colleagues. During the course of this three day virtual experience; colleagues were invited to actively engage and participate in one or more carefully curated 'new frontier journeys'. 

  • The Experience

    Employee engagement was high using the comments section, gathering points, direct messaging, and attending sponsor sessions. Over 28 exhibitors were included, creating lots of networking opportunities and activations for attendees to take part in. The virtual atmosphere created the opportunity for junior level team members to network with senior leaders in a non-intimidating setting, as well as allowing senior leaders to address COVID and the impact to business levels and priorities.  


    We provided a secure webcasting platform: 

     - for multiple speakers presenting from their own homes

     - accessible to a global audience

    with interactive functionality


    We supplied a real-time, interactive polling system.

    We facilitated audience-facing and behind-the-scenes communication between speakers.

    We recorded and uploaded sessions to the secure website so that attendees could watch on demand.

  • Whizbang Moment

    People from around the world felt connected in a virtual setting as attendees could feel they were a part of a global, international company as opposed to just working from their city.
