Over the years our working relationship has strengthened and deepened as we co-produced Synergy 2017, 2018, and 2019, and Shareworks Academy workshops 2017, 2018, and 2019.

The Experience

As a trusted partner of Shareworks, we are an extension of the internal marketing team. We understand the the brand, the goals, and the preferred working style and communications tools of the team, allowing us to collectively create success.

Each year the program starts with a Welcome Reception filled with local dishes and networking activities.

The following day, the conference kicks off with a two-hour General Session and then into designated pre-registered workshops that involve hands-on training within the software platform. Delegates are encouraged to leave their feedback on the custom made Customer Journey Wall. Following that, they embarked on pre-selected tours for the evening that highlight the host city.

The conference concludes with similar programing on the third day including a Closing Reception.

We have produced the program in Boston, San Diego, and Phoenix.

San Diego Whizbangs

The San Diego Welcome Reception was a scrumptious poolside event filled with local dishes, including ceviche, a clam bake, and freshly shucked oysters, all paired with a signature cocktail. Guests spent the evening getting reacquainted with each other, playing shuffle board, ping pong, and busting a move for those who were so bold!

At the closing reception, guests walked into their own Grand Fiesta with an authentic Mariachi band, flowing margaritas, swinging piñatas, and a custom feast.
