Jessica is our resident expert in all things television and entertainment. She has held many different titles, including Showrunner, Producer, Director, Writer, and Storyteller. Jessica has over 25 years of experience in entertainment, music, pop culture, lifestyle, reality, factual, documentary, and live broadcast. The subjects and settings of her storytelling range from Rock Stars to Racers and Rinks to Recipes.
At the start of her career, Jessica created content for MuchMusic, MuchMoreMusic, E! and CP24. She worked on signature series such as the MMVAs, Intimate & Interactive, SpeakEasy and The Story Of, with iconic artists including Beyonce, Shania Twain, Madonna and U2.
Making the move to freelance production in 2013, Jessica has series producing and directing credits on some of the country’s biggest productions and format shows including: The Amazing Race Canada, Top Chef Canada, MasterChef Canada, Canada’s Got Talent,
TIFF Tribute Awards, Hockey Wives,Canada’s Walk of Fame,Canadian Songwriters Hall of Fame, The Canadian Screen Awards, and many more.
Her work has been nominated for a Canadian Screen Award and earned an International Emmy Award. She has been awarded the Barbara Frum Scholarship for interviewing by RTDNA Canada. Jessica is a voting member of The Academy of Canadian Film & Television, and a juror for The Prism Prize.
While Jessica is producing star-studded live events and must-see TV, she’s also busy raising her family and going to concerts with friends. And she slays in Rock & Roll Jeopardy.
