The Canadian Songwriters Hall of Fame mandate is to honour and celebrate Canadian songwriters and those who have dedicated their lives to the legacy of music and to educate the public about their achievements. This event did just that!

The Experience

This year's 5 incredible Canadian artists who were inducted into the Canadian Songwriters Hall of Fame (CSHF) were David Foster, Alanis Morissette, Daniel Lavoie, Bryan Adams & Jim Vallance.

Guests and honourees were entertained by 3 hours of music, video, and engaging, enlightening, and humorous storytelling at the iconic Canadian music venue, Massey Hall.

We curated a tribute CSHF house band, led by Musical Director Lou Pomanti that performed with some of the best talents in Canada, including Alessia Cara, Cory Hart, Jessie Reyez, Nickelback, Marie Mai, Deborah Cox, and many more.
Whizbang Moment

Just as the audience thought the last song had finished, all artists, including 10 from the audience, joined David Foster on stage while he played a piano rendition of Tears Are Not Enough, with footage of the video on the screens - the entire audience was on their feet singing along!
