For four years we created unique experiences while artistically representing host cities and the LGI Homes brand for their Circle of Excellence program that celebrates their top employees in different destinations.


We first hosted them in Whistler, BC, Canada, then travelled with them to the Mayan Riviera, Mexico, Bahamas, and finally to the Dominican Republic.

  • The Experience

    The annual week-long incentive program includes a hotel takeover, custom branding activations, a seven hour award show, and a high energy after party.


    Branding opportunities have included, cinnamon stencils atop lattes, sand art, a giant #LGILIFE installation, ping-pong tables & poolside amenities, and a surfboard photo op. 


    The awards experiences are designed around the environment and culture of the property chosen each year. The honourees are featured in custom installations around the property. 


    The after parties are energy filled with celebrity bands, programmed pyrotechnic shows and fireworks displays.
