Clear and beautifully branded signage was key to attract eyes and gain brand awareness. Starting at the host hotel, we created sleek double-sided freestanding movable signage to welcome, direct guests to the Ada Interact registration area as well as to the shuttle and rideshare pick up locations.
The welcome reception was held at the historic Old Post Office Rooftop, with a fantastic view of Willis Tower [formerly the Sears Tower]. The stunning natural landscape was highlighted by illuminated orbs and marquee signs in the brand colours and messaging for the different areas around the rooftop - INTERACT, DRINK, EAT, SWEET, PLAY - that transitioned into a playful glow as day turned to night. After mingling and eating for an hour to the hip fresh sounds of DJ Rio Parks, The Chicago Bucket Boys drummed their way through the crowd and up the path to the basketball court, drawing guests along with them, where they performed an exhilarating percussion show with their 5 gallon buckets and drumsticks that was followed by some remarks from the Ada CEO. Energized and inspired, it was now time for guests to interact with basketball trick aficionados, the Harlem Wizards! Guests were invited onto the court to be a part of the show and play a game while their peers cheered them on, creating a fantastic ending to a truly interactive experience.
The following day was a jam-packed conference day, commencing with breakfast in the main gallery at Convene Chicago, complete with eight of Ada’s clients showcased at custom branded modern free-standing stations. The Ada Interact brand was strategically placed around the entire second floor space at Convene, utilizing their modern design and architecture that played perfectly with the Ada brand. The mornings keynote sessions were held in the main space [as well as online] on a custom designed stage uniquely specific to the Ada brand, and included thought leadership from the CEO, the launch of Ada’s latest technology [an AI bot!] and a fireside chat, followed by lunch and networking in the gallery, and 1-1 chats with Ada reps in an adjacent gallery. The afternoon focused on breakout sessions split into three coloured tracks with each room easily identified with large format branded signage and sleek stage designs to coincide with the main stage. The day was capped off with a happy hour social in the main gallery, with the room transformed from earlier and featuring DJ ANT who had dazzled guests in the keynote sessions.
