Canada’s Walk of Fame (CWOF) celebrates Canadians who have excelled in their respective fields and inspire the next generation. To celebrate the current year’s inductees, an annual celebration is held which culminates in a televised special that celebrates the achievements of Canada’s finest stars. The inductee broadcast was combined with the gala to form a Golden Globes style event with a celebratory dinner and broadcast ceremony.

The Experience

The entire CWOF Celebration Event was made up of four segments: Red Carpet Celebration, Pre-Reception, Broadcast Gala, and Post-Reception. We produced the live in-person experience, designing the pre/post-reception and non-broadcast gala components of the evening.

Both the "live" and "broadcast" elements were created for a specific audience, all merging into one cohesive experience and hybrid event.

Our team designed and created a unique live experience for guests which included the red carpet, fun reception entertainment, design and decor elements, and in-person stage and entertainment elements.
Whizbang Moment

The augmented reality art features created with Mandy Stobo, treating all the indusctees to a special bespoke glimpse of their magic.
