Chantal Wong is an Experience Coordinator who has always been drawn to the magic of live experiences. It all started at the age of 12, when she found herself completely captivated by a high school production of The Flower Drum Song which ignited a passion for bringing people together through immersive experiences.
Originally from Vancouver, Chantal made the move to Toronto at 17 and has since built a career in the events industry, gaining hands-on experience through various internships. Most recently, she served as the Logistics Coordinator for the 49th Toronto International Film Festival, overseeing Festival Street at David Pecaut Square. She’s even had the opportunity to be an artist handler at Canada’s Walk of Fame, proving that she thrives in high-energy, high-profile environments.
A Bachelor of Commerce Honours graduate in Hospitality and Tourism Management [with a minor in Marketing], Chantal has always been deeply involved in shaping experiences, whether through her professional work or her leadership roles at Toronto Metropolitan University. As the 15th Chair of the Ted Rogers Management Conference, she led the largest undergraduate business conference in North America, and as President of the Ted Rogers Students’ Society, she represented and supported the entire business school community.
Known for her creative problem-solving, adaptability, and love for a well-structured Excel sheet, Chantal brings both technical expertise and artistic vision to every project she touches. When she’s not crafting unforgettable experiences, you can find her traveling solo across the world [including 3.5 months in East Asia], attending concerts, or indulging her love of theatre and the arts.
For Chantal, events aren’t just about logistics, they’re about storytelling, connection, and a little bit of magic.
