Chris Dejonghe

Chris is a passionate and adventurous Experience Coordinator who has dedicated his career to the events industry.

Chris attended Toronto Metropolitan University where he completed his Bachelor of Commerce Honours, Hospitality and Tourism Management. He has also completed his Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation from Events Industry Council.

He is passionate about the events industry and has explored various positions and opportunities including coordinating conferences, internal and external flagship events for large scale clients, holiday parties, roadshow events, and so much more. He has also volunteered as the Director of Hospitality and Tourism Management Mentoring program at Toronto Metropolitan University for a two year term. 

Outside of his dedicated time to the industry, Chris is quite the adventurer. He loves to travel and has been to 32+ countries; his goal is to reach every continent on earth at some point. Although he loves going on trips with friends, he also really values solo travel and has gone to places like Peru and Europe alone for weeks at a time. 

Chris also loves live music and can often be found attending venues that feature local bands, wherever he is in the world. Chris loves exploring the great outdoors and spends plenty of time camping and enjoying local parks and lakes.
