From 2016 - 2019 we produced an annual Cinco de Mayo rooftop reception for a real estate client in Vancouver to showcase their building, network and celebrate.

The Experience

With a different approach each year, Railtown Catering created custom menus including tequila and hot sauce tasting stations, as well as taco competitions for the guests. Signature cocktails included grilled pineapple jalapeno margaritas and grapefruit palomas.

Sleek marble and white furniture was accented with custom design treatments each year including lush tropical foliage and colourful ribbons. The energy was kept high with a DJ and authentic musicians and dancers.

Gifting over the years included tequila, cocktail recipes, spice rubs and hot sauces in custom packaging, as well as gift card and travel voucher prizes.
