We created the theme of luminescence through a cool-warmth of glowing geometrics and set with a velveteen touch. Our vehicle for this design brought geometry and technology to softened exploration of cool wintery shades and bright prismatic and iridescent colour.
The space had dynamic seating - a variety of seating options so guests could choose the way they want to experience the content. Seating was a mixuture of harvest tables, bistro and cruiser height table styles with comfortable chairs with backs, and lounge areas to create a joyus atmosphere. Centerpieces were kept low to allow for easy conversation.
The food and beverage elements were carefully crafted to ensure easy, but hearty, bites as well as Chef attended action stations and passed food available throughout the evening. The food stations were accented by way of unique hexagonal and triangular installations interspersed with kinetic lights.
Key entertainment pieces included a vocalist [who performed from a geometric swing], four aerialists on a floor to ceiling ladder structure, and the pièce de résistance - a birds of paradise kabuki drop revealing a 10-piece band.
Guests felt celebrated by the company and ushered in the Christmas season with style!
