A bit about our guests:

Beth Janson is the Chief Executive Officer of the Academy of Canadian Cinema & Television.With over two decades of experience in the film, television and cultural sectors in both Canada and the United States, Beth has been the creative force behind some of the most innovative and meaningful developmental programs in the industry today. We have proudly worked with Beth and her team on the Canadian Screen Awards for many years.

Jeffrey Latimer is the CEO of Canada’s Walk of Fame, Canada’s preeminent organization celebrating the greatest Canadian achievers. Based in Toronto his namesake brand Jeffrey Latimer Entertainment has produced and managed live theatre, musical productions, TV and films, artists, and major events in North America for the past 30 years. We have been working with Jeffrey for years, both at JLE and Canada's Walk of Fame.

Vanessa Thomas has been the Executive Director with the Canadian Songwriter’s Hall of Fame since 2016, a SOCAN company, inducting and celebrating the works of the incredible Songwriter’s in Canada. Heading a mentorship program developed Vanessa’s strong commitment to encourage young female talent to trust their abilities and seize their opportunities. She will be representing both brands, Canadian Songwriter's Hall of Fame and SOCAN in our conversation. We love working with her and the team's of both brands!
