Charmaine is a determined, passionate, administrative and event whiz who digs into every challenge with heart and soul. Her experience at "e" spans a wide spectrum from establishing and managing high standards of health and safety practices, travel and accommodation management for VIP events, to talent and stage management for live and virtual events.

With her years of experience in the conference and event management environment, Charmaine specializes in brand building through the elements she coordinates while continually honing her skills in digital marketing, design and administration best practices. Charmaine's experience paired with her Bachelor of Commerce degree in Business Marketing from Seneca Polytechnic, along with her Event and Meeting Management Certificate from George Brown College undoubtedly attribute to her ever-calm demeanour and unflappable spirit.

With Saint Lucian roots, she grew up in Toronto and now lives in Cabbagetown where she enjoys all of Canada's seasons. On the weekend, if not travelling to spend time with family, she is often spotted outside training for her next running adventure.
